1. Nature of the service

Spain Rental Licence Check is an informational service. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Spanish Government, the Junta de Andalucía or any regional or local authority. It does not issue, approve, suspend or cancel tourist registrations, and it does not provide legal, tax, financial or planning advice.

2. Source of information

Records originate from official public registers and open-data services where stated on each record and on our data sources page. We normalise and review that information but we do not create it and cannot warrant its accuracy at source.

3. Coverage and completeness

Current coverage: holiday-rental registration records for Málaga province and the Costa del Sol, in Andalucía. Other provinces are not yet searchable here. Information may be incomplete, delayed or inconsistent. No guarantee is made that a record found here is currently compliant with every legal requirement, and no inference of invalidity should be drawn where a licence is not found.

4. Verify important decisions

You should verify anything material — a booking, a purchase, a legal position — through official channels or a qualified professional before relying on it. Search results are one input, not a certificate.

5. Maps and locations

Maps are approximate municipality or locality references provided for orientation only. No exact property location is intended to be disclosed, and a map marker must not be treated as the position of a property.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the database.
• Do not use the service to harass, identify or target the occupants or owners of a property.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls or the administration area.
• Do not present results as official verification or as our endorsement of a property.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, text and compiled presentation are ours or our licensors’. Underlying register data remains subject to the terms of the publishing authority. You may reference results for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

8. Third-party links and advertising

We link to third-party services and display advertising and sponsored listings, disclosed on our advertising disclosure and affiliate disclosure pages. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.

9. Liability

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the information published, from unavailability of the service, or from third-party content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
