Every autonomous community in Spain keeps its own register of tourist accommodation. Start by locating the registration reference in the advertisement, usually in the property description, the house rules, or the listing's legal information section.
Copy the reference exactly as shown, then check it against the information held here. Compare the municipality, accommodation category and registered guest capacity with what the advert claims. Where details do not fully match there may be a reasonable explanation, but further verification is recommended before paying a deposit.
